Bariatric air support system that provides pressure relief for patients up to 1000 lbs. Available in 42" and 48" sizes. The dual functions of alternating pressure and low air loss provides the maximum benefit in this mattress system to help heal existing pressure ulcers. Because bariatric patients require deeper air cell support, the mattress is 10" deep. Low air loss is provided by a unique independent architecture that does not compromise the weight bearing capacity of the support surface. Utilizes a cell-in-cell design with a check valve in the lower air chamber to minimize the risk of bottom-out and provide support during power failures. • Weight Capacity: 1000 lbs.
